Currently, all LED-Neon signs, artworks are custom-made, and we aim to deliver them within 5-10 business days (usually sooner). We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Yes, we offer express shipping upon request. For details and additional costs, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

For purchases made through our webshop, you can pay securely by credit card, paypal, apple pay, google pay. For custom orders, once your design is finalized and you’ve approved the quote, we will issue a 50% deposit invoice, which can be paid via bank transfer. Production begins once the payment is received. Your order will then be shipped free of charge.

All of our signs are easy to mount on the wall, with a weight ranging from approximately 3 to 6 kg. The acrylic backings come with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. We provide spacers with screws for wall mounting and a hanging kit for your convenience. For the user manual, click here.

Unlike traditional glass neon, we craft all our products using the latest silicone neon flex technology, making them more durable and longer-lasting. At the heart of every piece is our own custom-developed Premium LED–Neon system — engineered for vibrant illumination, artistic precision, and unmatched longevity. This proprietary approach sets us apart from standard solutions on the market.

Each product is not only safer and more economical than traditional neon, but also delivers a superior visual impact. We offer a wide range of styles and colors, from minimalistic to playful or hipster-inspired designs. In addition to our curated collection, you can also order personalized LED–Neon signs and decorations, further enhanced with detailed UV printing.

Every neon sign we make is attached to a 4 mm or a 8 mm thick acrylic backings. You can choose from various backing options, including different colors, transparent, metallic, or UV-printed.

Our neon signs are available in a total of 12 + 1 (RGB) colors.

Our direct power supply products come with a transparent cable that is 2-3 meters long and can be connected to the power adapter. Additionally, we provide 1-2 meters of black cable that can be plugged into the power socket. For the user manual, click here.

If you specify during your custom order that you intend to use it outdoors, we will ensure that it is made with IP67 waterproof technology.

To clean your LED Neon sign, use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners, as they may damage the material. Always switch off the device before cleaning to ensure safe maintenance.

All our LED Neon products come with a 2-year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects and issues arising under normal, intended use.
